Tulsa County Domestic Relations Division
The Family Court Division sits on the second floor of the Tulsa County Courthouse. This division handles all domestic relations matters. That includes annulments, child support cases, divorce filings, domestic abuse protective orders, habeas corpus, modifications of existing decrees, paternity suits, registration of foreign judgments, separate maintenance, and termination of parental rights. Instruction packets are available at the counter for people who want to file their own petitions.

All court costs and license fees are due at the time of filing.
Tulsa County runs two specialized family court dockets. The Child Support Contempt Docket meets on Fridays at 9:00 AM in the Faulkner 2 Courtroom with Judge Loretta Radford. This is a "last stop" docket for people who have not paid child support. The Parenting Plan Conference Docket runs Wednesday and Thursday at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. This is the first court appearance for dissolution, legal separation, and paternity cases with minor children. Parents learn about children's possible reactions during divorce. They set up temporary orders, create a parenting plan, and compute child support. Pro se litigants meet with Family Resource Coordinator Steven Amend during these conferences.
