Oklahoma Cities
Oklahoma's major cities are spread across dozens of counties. Family court records, including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and protective orders, are handled by the District Court in each county, not at a city office. Municipal courts only deal with traffic tickets, city ordinance violations, and minor misdemeanors. If you need family court records for a case filed by someone in one of these cities, you contact the county District Court Clerk. Select a city below to find out which county handles family court records for that area, plus contact info, fees, and local resources.
